Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Systems roles
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and GTM technology ecosystems
  • Proven experience designing workflows, automations, and integrations in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and operational analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional revenue organizations

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end architecture of the GTM systems ecosystem, including Salesforce and connected tools
  • Design and optimize workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support the full customer lifecycle
  • Build and maintain scalable automations, integrations, and data frameworks across GTM platforms
  • Define and enforce system governance, data quality standards, and operational best practices
  • Develop reporting models, dashboards, and analytics to support forecasting, funnel visibility, and executive decision-making
  • Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities to improve efficiency across revenue operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve GTM performance and scalability
  • Ensure reliable CRM hygiene, data integrity, and system performance across platforms
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on operational data and system insights
