Requirements
- 7+ years of experience within a management consulting firm, enterprise revenue architecture function, or GTM transformation group.
- Strong technical background capable of navigating abstract strategy and translating it into systems architecture.
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for GTM stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proficiency with integrated GTM tools such as Gong and Outreach.
- Strong understanding of object relationships, data schemas, and API limitations.
- Proven ability to empathize with sales field needs and design systems that minimize administrative tax.
- Deep experience building structured artifacts including BRDs, process mapping, and executive-level decks.
- Demonstrated ability to drive solutions from identification to execution independently.
- Ability to think strategically about long-term system scalability over a 2-year horizon.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic owner for GTM lifecycle segments such as prospecting, deal execution, and specialist alignment.
- Conduct systemic audits of existing sales motions to identify bottlenecks and architect optimized workflows.
- Author high-fidelity Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flowcharts, and User Stories.
- Define upstream data contracts and partner with Enterprise Tech leads to ensure technical feasibility.
- Evaluate and rank inbound field requests using the GTM Priority Matrix.
- Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) framework, including test script execution and defect triage.
- Monitor system telemetry to measure behavioral adoption and revenue ROI.
- Operationalize Generative AI POCs into daily representative workflows.
- Maintain strict operational RACI boundaries across GTM, ET, and Enablement teams.
