Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of successful direct sales experience or experience in the education field
  • Teaching or education tech/publishing experience
  • Reside within LA
  • Able to travel and willing to commit to a heavy travel schedule (60-70% travel)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience selling to schools and districts within the regional territory of LA

Responsibilities

  • Independently develop, implement, and manage comprehensive territory strategies.
  • Apply advanced expertise in educational marketplace analysis to drive territory performance.
  • Exercise independent judgment in customer engagement, pricing, and resource deployment.
  • Assess complex customer needs and design customized solutions using Amplify's portfolio.
  • Manage business pipeline, revenue forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with educational stakeholders.
  • Conduct independent analysis of territory trends and funding sources.
