Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Design & Technology.
- Strong network of connections within the Design & Technology community.
- Proven ability to collaborate and execute on strategic plans with data-driven results.
- Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and presenting to large groups.
- Ability to assess projects for quality, innovation, and creativity.
- Deep understanding of the Design & Technology landscape and crowdfunding viability.
- Experience working with CRM platforms for tracking and support.
- Entrepreneurial mindset or experience as a creator is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with top-tier creators in the Design & Technology space.
- Track creator interactions and ensure adherence to service-level agreements using CRM tools.
- Develop and refine category-specific educational resources for creators.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and communications teams for press appearances and community development.
- Establish partnerships with industry stakeholders to expand the referral pipeline.
- Contribute to event strategy and represent Kickstarter at industry events.
- Advocate for creator needs and provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
