Requirements

  • BA/BS required, Masters preferred.
  • 5+ years in account management, meeting growth and retention targets.
  • 2+ years in marketing-focused SaaS, insights and market research, ideally with F1000 companies.
  • Strong client rapport-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Client-centric mindset with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 25-40 clients, $2-3M ARR, achieving company GRR and NRR goals.
  • Develop Customer Value Plans (CVP)/account plans with Client Success Managers (CSMs), tailoring strategies to client objectives.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor status by understanding client priorities, customer segments, and organizational dynamics.
  • Plan and execute quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Identify, nurture and close upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities leveraging research, data analytics, and consulting services.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical calls to drive platform adoption.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Represent Collage Group at industry events as needed.
