Requirements
- BA/BS required, Masters preferred.
- 5+ years in account management, meeting growth and retention targets.
- 2+ years in marketing-focused SaaS, insights and market research, ideally with F1000 companies.
- Strong client rapport-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Client-centric mindset with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 25-40 clients, $2-3M ARR, achieving company GRR and NRR goals.
- Develop Customer Value Plans (CVP)/account plans with Client Success Managers (CSMs), tailoring strategies to client objectives.
- Cultivate trusted advisor status by understanding client priorities, customer segments, and organizational dynamics.
- Plan and execute quarterly business reviews with clients.
- Identify, nurture and close upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities leveraging research, data analytics, and consulting services.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical calls to drive platform adoption.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive commercial outcomes.
- Represent Collage Group at industry events as needed.
