Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak).
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales performance goals.
  • Success in a high-velocity or high-volume transactional B2B SaaS sales environment.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including discovery, storytelling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Consultative approach to challenging prospect perspectives and driving business thinking.
  • Growth and ownership mindset: self-motivated, competitive, and resilient.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving sales environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred).
  • Experience with Sandler Sales Training or similar methodologies (preferred).
  • Prior B2B sales experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within your assigned territory of existing Toast SMB POS customers.
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and business goals, leveraging consultative sales techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets.
  • Maintain a highly organized sales pipeline and activity records within Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop market and product expertise to effectively position Toast solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with New Business, Services, and Implementation teams.
  • Apply strategic sales methodologies to uncover urgency and create compelling propositions.
