Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior client services and/or sales role.
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to the Customer Experience sector.
  • Proven experience managing an enterprise deal process and enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others through negotiation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams throughout the sales process.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
  • Experience selling to customer service operational leaders.
  • Ability to lead sales presentations and coordinate relevant colleagues' input.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities from existing and new contacts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and demand generation to develop strategies targeting key sectors.
  • Meet individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Research the field to identify and engage potentially fruitful partners.
  • Form and lead 'bid teams' comprising operational, technical, HR, and executive stakeholders to achieve bid success.
  • Analyze potential partnership impacts and maintain high-level business relationships.
