Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior client services and/or sales role.
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to the Customer Experience sector.
- Proven experience managing an enterprise deal process and enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others through negotiation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams throughout the sales process.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
- Experience selling to customer service operational leaders.
- Ability to lead sales presentations and coordinate relevant colleagues' input.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Must reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities from existing and new contacts.
- Collaborate with marketing and demand generation to develop strategies targeting key sectors.
- Meet individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Research the field to identify and engage potentially fruitful partners.
- Form and lead 'bid teams' comprising operational, technical, HR, and executive stakeholders to achieve bid success.
- Analyze potential partnership impacts and maintain high-level business relationships.
