- Hunt and close new logo opportunities within healthcare payers, PBMs, insurers, and health & wellness providers
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on payer, PBM, and wellness markets
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives (CFOs, COOs, CHROs, Heads of Benefits, etc.) to influence large-scale outsourcing decisions
- Position a wide range of BPO services, including contact center support, claims administration, RCM, back-office processing, and digital CX solutions (AI, automation, analytics)
- Consistently achieve and exceed multi-million-dollar annual sales targets
- Partner with internal solution architects, operations leaders, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and RFP responses
