- Own the provider onboarding process from hire to handoff, including trackers, welcome communications, and training coordination.
- Coordinate provider offboarding, including cross-functional team alignment, termination communications, and IT access deactivation.
- Manage platform access requests and troubleshooting across systems like LifeMD Provider Portal, Elation, Slack, and pharmacy/lab portals.
- Draft and distribute provider-facing and internal communications such as announcements, policy updates, and meeting reminders.
- Organize logistics for provider meetings and training, including agenda preparation, vendor demos, and action item follow-up.
- Maintain operational trackers, SOPs, and documentation while reporting status updates to leadership.
- Serve as the first point of contact for routing operational inquiries to specialized teams like Scheduling, Credentialing, Pharmacy, and IT.
