Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in internal audit or management in a public company.
• CPA, CIA licensure required.
• IT audit certification is preferred.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, COSO, Sarbanes Oxley Act, and PCAOB auditing standards.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual audit plans and schedules using a risk-based approach.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing internal audit team.
• Plan, develop, assign, and oversee internal audits evaluating compliance with guidelines.
• Lead cross-functional internal audit engagements and coordinate with external auditors.
• Act as a trusted advisor for internal controls and collaborate with all departments.
• Communicate findings and proposed recommendations to management.
• Maintain relationships with department heads and external auditors.
• Advise management on risk areas and track remediation of findings.
