Engineering at Robots and Pencils

You will build production-grade AI systems that deliver measurable business value. We use Python and focus on distributed systems and scalable data architectures. Our team designs and implements end-to-end AI pipelines and agentic orchestration frameworks. We establish LLMOps best practices, including CI/CD and prompt versioning. You will optimize distributed inference systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) performance. Our engineers solve complex problems using AWS cloud environments like Lambda, DynamoDB, and Amazon Bedrock. We are an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, and one of only 11 companies in the exclusive AWS Pattern Partners program. This provides access to specialized training and early access to emerging cloud capabilities. You will work on cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies, delivering real-world impact.
