- Own and evolve our recruiting strategy across all teams
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand needs and design targeted hiring plans
- Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates
- Implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline health and performance
- Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms).
- Champion the candidate experience, from first touch to offer close
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to elevate our presence in the technical talent market
