- Act as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for large enterprise accounts within your territory.
- Develop comprehensive territory and account plans and drive outbound pipeline generation independently.
- Ensure seamless adoption of LaunchDarkly through robust account management and coordination with pre-and-post sales engineering, customer success, and support teams.
- Increase visibility and effectively communicate the company value proposition to Vice Presidents and C-Suite executives.
- Partner with solutions engineers to deliver business and technical value to prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product support, developer relations, marketing, and revenue operations.
