- Maintain and monitor lead lifecycle processing in Marketo, ensuring leads are scored, processed, and delivered to Salesforce.com as expected.
- Create and manage Salesforce and Marketo setups for campaign execution.
- Create and manage email audiences through Marketo Smart Lists.
- Advise marketing managers on campaign optimization, audience segmentation, repeatable processes, and efficient campaign setups.
- Monitor the email calendar to identify audience overlaps.
- Monitor data quality and ensure leads are captured in Marketo and sync accurately with Salesforce.
- Manage GDPR and data privacy compliance and audiences through Marketo Smart Lists, collaborating cross-functionally on opt-ins and opt-outs.
- Manage global forms and email templates in Marketo.
- Import offline lists into Marketo.
- Participate in the Marketing Operations team's Agile Scrum process and manage stakeholder alignment on priorities and due dates.
