Requirements
- 5–7 years of consulting or delivery experience.
- 5–7 years of Agile / delivery methodology experience.
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
- Strong delivery governance and risk management experience.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Certifications across the Agile or PMP spectrum (preferred).
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience and/or RTE-level certification (preferred).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work-management tools (preferred).
- Experience in pre-sales or account support activities (preferred).
- Experience managing delivery financials (budgets, margin, forecasts) (preferred).
- Exposure to enterprise delivery environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own delivery across multiple concurrent engagements or workstreams.
- Ensure consistency in delivery execution and reporting across teams.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations to keep delivery on track.
- Assess parallel or competing change initiatives that may cause change saturation, and develop strategies to minimize delivery risk.
- Mentor Lead Project Managers and delivery teams on delivery practices and client engagement.
- Contribute to community leadership and the development of delivery standards across the practice.
- Establish clear performance standards aligned to outcomes.
- Assess and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) based on engagement context.
- Provide strategic, consultative guidance to clients, leveraging industry experience and best practices.
- Support scoping, estimation, and delivery planning during pre-sales activities.
