Experience: 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, technical delivery, engineering leadership, or a related field; 3+ years of experience leading technical delivery or engineering teams

7+ years of experience in Professional Services, technical delivery, or engineering leadership.
3+ years of experience leading technical delivery or engineering teams.
Strong background in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure services.
Experience leading customer-facing implementation, migration, integration, or transformation projects.
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent delivery engagements.
Strong understanding of project governance, resource planning, risk management, and customer escalation processes.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to balance operational discipline with practical execution in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Services Engineers and Technical Project Leads.
Oversee active Networking and Security engagements to ensure scope adherence, technical quality, and successful outcomes.
Partner with PMO and practice leadership to identify project risks, resource constraints, and resolve escalations.
Standardize service delivery methodologies, documentation, and quality controls.
Collaborate with Sales and Presales to validate technical scope, delivery assumptions, and staffing requirements.
Serve as a senior escalation point for networking and security delivery engagements.
