Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations, supply chain, or logistics coordination role.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or eCommerce environments.
- Proven experience managing B2B or wholesale order workflows end-to-end.
- Demonstrated experience managing inventory across multiple SKUs and markets.
- Experience coordinating with third-party warehouse or 3PL partners.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, data validation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sharp organizational and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a commercial, results-driven mindset.
- Experience with Cin7 is a strong plus.
- Experience with EDI ordering is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Check stock availability against incoming B2B and wholesale orders.
- Own the order confirmation workflow from entry through to delivery.
- Process and issue invoices against Purchase Orders.
- Set up logistics and systems for new wholesale partners.
- Maintain the Operations Handbook.
- Serve as the main point of contact with warehouses for product setup, launches, and promotions.
- Track order fulfilment against agreed KPIs.
- Oversee stock levels to avoid stockouts and manage kitting guides.
- Coordinate product dispatches for influencers, retail samples, and PR.
- Manage work orders and support product lifecycle processes.
