Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in service operations, business operations, or project coordination.
  • Previous experience within an MSP, IT services, or professional services environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong follow-through, ownership, and accountability in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience with Monday.com, ConnectWise Manage, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence outcomes without direct people-management authority.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Service Operations point person for one or more service delivery pods.
  • Drive QBR readiness and post-QBR follow-through across assigned scope.
  • Coordinate support-related projects, action items, dependencies, and documentation.
  • Own billing-related workflows, quote management visibility, and commercial approvals.
  • Identify and implement improvements for cross-functional operational workflows.
  • Monitor dashboards and operational trackers to ensure leadership visibility.
  • Support automation and process maturity within the Service Ops model.
