Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in service operations, business operations, or project coordination.
- Previous experience within an MSP, IT services, or professional services environment.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-through, ownership, and accountability in ambiguous situations.
- Experience with Monday.com, ConnectWise Manage, Power BI, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct people-management authority.
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Service Operations point person for one or more service delivery pods.
- Drive QBR readiness and post-QBR follow-through across assigned scope.
- Coordinate support-related projects, action items, dependencies, and documentation.
- Own billing-related workflows, quote management visibility, and commercial approvals.
- Identify and implement improvements for cross-functional operational workflows.
- Monitor dashboards and operational trackers to ensure leadership visibility.
- Support automation and process maturity within the Service Ops model.
