Requirements

  • 2-4 years of total professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client service or account management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Strong quantitative skills and confidence working with large-volume data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience in a market research or business strategy context.
  • Drive to define and improve internal processes and ways of working.
  • Experience in e-commerce is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Cube’s main contact point for client stakeholders, managing inquiries and proactive communication regarding deliveries and features.
  • Act as the internal champion for the client to ensure deadlines are met and service quality is maintained.
  • Develop deep expertise in Cube’s reports, deliverables, and wider e-commerce market data and insights capabilities.
  • Collect client requests and communicate these needs to internal product development and data teams as the ‘voice of the client’.
  • Coordinate projects and collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and continued growth of the partnership.
