Requirements
- 2-4 years of overall professional working experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in client service or account management.
- Strong quantitative skills and confidence in working with large-volume data sets.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Client service-oriented mindset with experience in market research or business strategy contexts.
- Curiosity and drive to improve processes and define account management workflows.
- Professional experience in e-commerce is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as Cube’s main contact point for client stakeholders, fielding inquiries and communicating proactively about deliveries and features.
- Champion client needs internally to ensure deadlines are met and service quality is maintained.
- Develop deep expertise in provided reports, deliverables, and e-commerce market data capabilities.
- Collect and communicate new client requests and requirements to internal product development and data teams.
- Collaborate with internal senior account management and cross-functional teams to support project execution and growth.
