Requirements

  • Curiosity and drive to improve processes and define account management workflows.
  • Professional experience in e-commerce is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Cube’s main contact point for client stakeholders, fielding inquiries and communicating proactively about deliveries and features.
  • Champion client needs internally to ensure deadlines are met and service quality is maintained.
  • Develop deep expertise in provided reports, deliverables, and e-commerce market data capabilities.
  • Collect and communicate new client requests and requirements to internal product development and data teams.
  • Collaborate with internal senior account management and cross-functional teams to support project execution and growth.
