Requirements
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Highly motivated and self-driven work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Execute at least 75 calls per day (cold and warm).
- Maintain a minimum of 2.5 hours of talk time daily.
- Generate at least 11 new accounts per month.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff and administrators.
- Process sales orders and review inventory reports.
- Manage and retain existing accounts while resolving customer complaints.
- Execute weekly marketing blasts.
