Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Account Management.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to qualify, develop, and progress sales leads.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn Sangoma products, services, and internal systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful track record in commission-based sales (preferred).
  • Experience selling communications or technology solutions (preferred).
  • Experience in Account Management and/or Inside Sales within the Unified Communications (UC) or Telecommunications industry (preferred).
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and prospects through phone, video conferencing, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Provide pre-sales support and information on Sangoma’s products and services.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend preliminary solutions that align with their business and technical needs.
  • Provide budgetary pricing and product information to prospective customers.
  • Follow documented and automated lead engagement processes to effectively qualify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare quotations and conduct timely follow-up activities to advance sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, including handling escalations and identifying upsell opportunities.
