Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in account management at a local level.
  • Ability to communicate in English alongside Cantonese or Mandarin.
  • Experience in financial management of client contracts.
  • Experience with EAP management or healthcare sales is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Background in Clinical Psychology or Counselling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary consultant for Global Clients APAC HR and Benefits leadership, ensuring Lyra’s services align with their regional strategy.
  • Drive program awareness and adoption through localized engagement campaigns and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) highlighting APAC-specific data.
  • Coordinate with US-based Global Account Managers to ensure a one-client experience while advocating for APAC-specific requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for high-priority escalations including workplace tragedies, regional unrest, or mental health crises.
  • Rapidly mobilize clinical and provider networks to provide Psychological First Aid during critical events.
  • Lead post-incident reviews with the client to refine response protocols.
  • Partner with Regional/Country Managers to ensure provider network meets cultural and linguistic nuances of APAC markets.
  • Own the renewal process for regional contracts to maintain 100% client retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional Lyra products that address emerging regional needs.
