Requirements

  • Reside in Turkey, specifically Ankara or Izmir.
  • Available to work remotely while capable of conducting onsite visits to hotel clients.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Account Management, Sales, Revenue Management, or Customer Success.
  • Strong verbal and written proficiency in both Turkish and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and ticket/helpdesk systems such as Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Industry knowledge of the hotel revenue structure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for local clients in Turkey, addressing queries and resolving issues.
  • Observe and evaluate client performance to provide data-driven suggestions for enhancement.
  • Conduct frequent check-ins and quarterly business reviews, including up to 15 onsite meetings per month.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client operations and problem resolution.
  • Proactively manage the existing client base to increase direct online sales and revenue.
  • Participate in local industry events, exhibitions, and webinars to promote company solutions.
