- Serve as the primary contact for local clients in Turkey, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Observe and evaluate client performance to provide data-driven suggestions for enhancement.
- Conduct frequent check-ins and quarterly business reviews, including up to 15 onsite meetings per month.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client operations and problem resolution.
- Proactively manage the existing client base to increase direct online sales and revenue.
- Participate in local industry events, exhibitions, and webinars to promote company solutions.
