Field Applications Engineer

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
Provide pre-sales, post-sales, and on-site technical support for TrellisWare products.
Conduct field demonstrations, product training, and integration with 3rd-party accessories.
Identify customer issues and collaborate on technical resolutions.
Deliver technical presentations to new and existing customers.
Provide Voice of the Customer (VoC) feedback to engineering and product development teams.
Adapt standard TSM product offerings to specific customer use cases.

Engineering at TrellisWare

At TrellisWare, you will solve complex problems in wireless communications and signal processing systems. Our engineers craft advanced algorithms and waveforms like TSM® and Katana™, critical for creating resilient communication networks. You will work with small form factor radio products and fully integrated solutions, designing for environments where traditional infrastructure is unavailable. Our work involves integrating communication products with diverse systems and maximizing network performance. You will engage with IP data, addressing schemes, IP switches/router interfaces, and TCP/UDP protocols to build robust tactical network infrastructures.
