Requirements
- Four-year technical degree or equivalent military service experience.
- Minimum 7 years of related experience in market or technology segments (10+ years preferred).
- Track record in fielding, integration, and troubleshooting networked communications products.
- In-depth understanding of IP data, including addressing, switches, routers, and TCP/UDP protocols.
- Familiarity with tactical military and public safety network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in integrating communications products with 3rd-party accessories (antennas, power sources, cameras).
- Strong technical presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network performance issues.
- Availability to travel 50-75% of the time domestically and internationally.
- Experience in Polish Special Forces, Land Forces, Airforce, or Navy is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
- Provide pre-sales, post-sales, and on-site technical support for TrellisWare products.
- Conduct field demonstrations, product training, and integration with 3rd-party accessories.
- Identify customer issues and collaborate on technical resolutions.
- Deliver technical presentations to new and existing customers.
- Provide Voice of the Customer (VoC) feedback to engineering and product development teams.
- Adapt standard TSM product offerings to specific customer use cases.
