Requirements
- Fluent English & German (reading/writing/speaking).
- Advanced user or administrative level experience with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2025 and Windows 10 / 11.
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP (OS, firewalls configuration).
- Experience with networking configuration and troubleshooting (NAT, ports, DHCP, DNS).
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical information.
- Strong desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of UNIX and/or Linux is a plus.
- Knowledge of VMware ESX(i) and Microsoft Hyper-V is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange server administration is a plus.
- Knowledge of DataBase engines (SQL/Oracle) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation.
- Act as a technical focal point in relationships to fellow IT Professionals.
- Take ownership of the customer problem or issue from the beginning of a support case through resolution.
- Troubleshoot issues within Veeam and 3rd party components from Microsoft and Vmware.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and within SLA in the CRM tool.
