Requirements
- Four-year technical or business degree, or military service/sales track record equivalent.
- Defense signals (radio communications) background required.
- At least 15 years overall experience in the field.
- At least 10 years of related experience in identified market/technology segments.
- At least 10 years of experience working with defense and security customers.
- Demonstrated track record in identifying funding opportunities, customer cultivation, winning jobs, and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to explain complex signal processing and engineering concepts to customers.
- Proficiency in drafting proposals, conducting market analysis, and sales projections.
- Must be a resident of the Philippines.
- Willing and able to travel internationally within the Asia-Pacific region up to 50% of the time.
- Proficiency with PC office applications.
