Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive communication.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upsells, renewals, and referrals.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively to strengthen relationships.
- Develop and execute account strategies to improve client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Track and analyze client feedback and account health metrics.
- Lead smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for clients.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and account management tools.
