Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upsells, renewals, and referrals.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively to strengthen relationships.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to improve client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Track and analyze client feedback and account health metrics.
  • Lead smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and account management tools.
