Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive-level enterprise UCaaS or CCaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to identify and build trusted advisor relationships with key influencers and decision makers up to and including C-level positions.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
  • Ability to lead virtual teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong strategic planning and forecasting abilities.
  • Fluent in English and relevant local languages.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (Master degree preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain full accountability for assigned accounts, acting as the trusted advisor and advocate for customers.
  • Lead virtual account teams to build strategies that deliver balanced growth, continued account penetration, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop accurate forecasts based on short and long-term growth plans.
  • Maintain long-term strategic partnerships at the executive level.
  • Serve as the key client contact for all customers and introduce specialists or partners.
  • Conduct short and long-term strategic account planning to enhance the sales pipeline and accelerate revenue generation.
  • Consistently hit or exceed annual sales targets.
