Responsibilities

  • Define and help customers achieve their specific success outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolios.
  • Drive net dollar retention through upsell opportunities and churn reduction strategies.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to improve product engagement and package growth.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to optimize utilization and inform future product releases.
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve complaints to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Cloudbeds products to provide recommendations.
