- Experience managing accounts within the Australian hospitality market is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and help customers achieve their specific success outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolios.
- Drive net dollar retention through upsell opportunities and churn reduction strategies.
- Utilize a consultative approach to improve product engagement and package growth.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to optimize utilization and inform future product releases.
- Manage customer escalations and resolve complaints to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain deep understanding of Cloudbeds products to provide recommendations.
