Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup, clear expectations, and strong initial engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication, updates, strategy discussions, and relationship management.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports covering rankings, traffic, leads, and outcomes.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client value through additional marketing services.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and take proactive action to ensure retention.
- Coordinate with internal SEO and project management teams to ensure timely execution of strategies.
- Support continuous account growth by aligning client goals with performance outcomes.
