Requirements
- Strong commercial numeracy with ability to calculate unit economics and margins.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets including projections and formulas.
- Exceptional attention to detail for handling SKUs, pricing, taxes, and deadlines.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple portals and orders simultaneously.
- Ability to work during UK business hours.
- Consistent high-bandwidth internet connection.
- Genuine enthusiasm and practical experience using AI tools like Claude for daily workflow.
- Self-starter capable of managing a function end-to-end.
- Submission of a 1-2 minute Loom video is required for application.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end wholesale function including prospect pipeline management and outreach.
- Manage relationships across a portfolio of international retail accounts.
- Brief design team on new product opportunities and approve production templates.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers in China and the UK while maintaining quality standards.
- Calculate unit economics, true landed costs, and margins for every order.
- Process purchase orders, book freight, and manage retailer compliance and documentation.
- Reconcile invoices, manage currency conversions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Use AI tools daily for buyer communications, data extraction, and workflow automation.
