Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Accountant.
- BSc in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in US Healthcare industry is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and PivotTables.
- Reliable computer and noise-canceling headset.
- Second monitor for enhanced productivity.
- Stable internet connection.
- Backup internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and variance analyses for management.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement guidelines.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
