- Manage guest messages, texts, and calls through Hospitable and handle inquiries, bookings, reservation changes, and cancellations.
- Follow up on inquiries and voicemails, resolve guest complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews, flag recurring feedback, and maintain listings and house manuals across booking channels.
- Coordinate cleaners, turnovers, and supply restocking, and enter work orders for maintenance issues.
- Schedule maintenance vendors and confirm that work is complete.
