Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent relevant education.
- 3 years professional accounting experience (preferred).
- Cash reconciliation experience required.
- Blackline software cash reconciliation and matching experience (preferred).
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP/SFAS.
- Ability to research and report results.
- Continuing Education such as Master in Accountancy, CPA, or CMA (preferred).
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps (wired connection).
- i5 11th Gen processor or higher.
- Windows 11 or MacOS Catalina or higher.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area.
- Reliable backup solutions for power and internet interruptions.
Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor day-to-day cash transactions and reconciliation process, including cash matching.
- Prepare journal entries concurrent with review of cash reconciliations.
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot as needed.
- Identify opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Comply with internal controls.
