Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in finance operations.
  • Hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, loan administration, and bank reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Xero.
  • Experience with CRM systems is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to process high volumes of financial transactions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients, law firms, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Able to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor invoices, contractor payments, and client repayments.
  • Maintain payment pipelines and update financial systems, loan statuses, and repayment records.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify bank account confirmations.
  • Administer loan accounts by calculating repayments, closing accounts, and coordinating with third parties.
  • Reconcile loan records and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
  • Liaise with law firms regarding refunds, payment confirmations, and banking matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports.
  • Provide customer service to clients and law firms by responding to payment-related inquiries.
