Requirements

  • Proficiency with Monday.com or similar CRM/project management platforms.
  • Experience in independent sales agent support and B2B customer follow-up.
  • Experience with trade marketing execution and digital partner administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills including filtering, sorting, and basic formulas.
  • Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or NotebookLM to organize and execute workflows.
  • Ability to maintain CRM data hygiene and manage file organization/version control.
  • Capacity for proactive problem-solving and task management.
  • Comfort learning automation tools and workflow platforms.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week with required US Mountain Time overlap.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal contact for independent sales agents, B2B retailers, and digital partners.
  • Manage CRM data hygiene and track seasonal dealer outreach, task management, and project boards.
  • Utilize AI tools to summarize notes, create action lists, and build automated reporting systems.
  • Coordinate trade marketing assets, manage delivery checklists, and conduct execution reporting.
  • Oversee digital partner onboarding and manage the flow of product information and digital assets.
  • Provide customer-value support for selected DTC initiatives outside the Top 100 segment.
