- Ability to protect calendar boundaries and enforce meeting prerequisites.
- Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through.
- Preferred: Experience supporting a coaching program, student success team, or client-facing team.
- Preferred: Familiarity with hiring workflows, candidate screening, or interview coordination.
- Preferred: Experience with tools like Asana, Calendly, Circle, WizeHire, Fathom, or Zoom.
- Preferred: Understanding of the mortgage industry.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inbox and message channels to triage and categorize student requests daily.
- Coordinate session scheduling via Calendly and ensure required materials are submitted by students.
- Manage the candidate hiring pipeline in Asana from discovery to hire.
- Draft structured 1:1 session recaps using transcripts from Fathom or Zoom.
- Maintain tracking systems and update Asana boards to reflect accurate student status.
- Proactively follow up on missing materials and coordinate second interviews.
- Ensure professional, warm, and clear communication in all student interactions.
