  • Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting a coaching program, student success team, or client-facing team.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with hiring workflows, candidate screening, or interview coordination.
  • Preferred: Experience with tools like Asana, Calendly, Circle, WizeHire, Fathom, or Zoom.
  • Preferred: Understanding of the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inbox and message channels to triage and categorize student requests daily.
  • Coordinate session scheduling via Calendly and ensure required materials are submitted by students.
  • Manage the candidate hiring pipeline in Asana from discovery to hire.
  • Draft structured 1:1 session recaps using transcripts from Fathom or Zoom.
  • Maintain tracking systems and update Asana boards to reflect accurate student status.
  • Proactively follow up on missing materials and coordinate second interviews.
  • Ensure professional, warm, and clear communication in all student interactions.
