Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Experience scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing candidate records and documentation.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable internet connection, suitable equipment, and a quiet working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Schedule interviews across multiple client calendars and time zones.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and employment contracts.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and interview packs for clients.
  • Manage reference check requests and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Update and maintain Workable and other internal recruitment systems.
  • Tag, segment, and organize candidates within the ATS.
  • Post and refresh job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Support recruiters with administrative tasks to improve hiring efficiency.
