Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Experience scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
- Strong attention to detail when managing candidate records and documentation.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable internet connection, suitable equipment, and a quiet working environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews across multiple client calendars and time zones.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure consistent engagement.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and employment contracts.
- Prepare candidate profiles and interview packs for clients.
- Manage reference check requests and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Update and maintain Workable and other internal recruitment systems.
- Tag, segment, and organize candidates within the ATS.
- Post and refresh job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks to improve hiring efficiency.
