Requirements

- Strong customer service experience.
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working remotely in a professional environment.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
- Property management, self-storage, or leasing experience (preferred).
- Experience with AppFolio or Easy Storage Solutions (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Process new rentals, lease documentation, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and execute collection follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records within property management systems.
- Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare reports on occupancy, leads, and operational performance.
