Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working remotely in a professional environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
  • Property management, self-storage, or leasing experience (preferred).
  • Experience with AppFolio or Easy Storage Solutions (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Process new rentals, lease documentation, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and execute collection follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records within property management systems.
  • Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, leads, and operational performance.
