Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (8 years) in project management, specifically in software development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills especially in English language.
- Expertise in utilizing project management tools and software, especially ClickUp.
- Computer & software skills, including Google Apps (Calendar, Docs, Email, Drive, Forms, Tasks).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle timely deadlines.
- Aladdin Academy Certified is required within the first month.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all development projects related to the Aladdin platform.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and increase efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
