Requirements

- Understanding of installer systems, application boot processes, and performance optimization.
- Experience with SDK development and module architecture.
- Strong proficiency in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of deliverables and driving them to completion.
- Experience establishing and maintaining sprint cadences and team processes.
- Experience creating and maintaining issue trackers that reflect roadmap priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for transparent updates and holding difficult conversations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on systematic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own platform deliverables from identification through to resolution and testing.
- Establish clear definitions of platform features, distinguishing between stable and experimental functionality.
- Monitor core platform health and coordinate urgent issue resolution.
- Establish and maintain sprint cadence driving predictable delivery.
- Create actionable roadmaps that prioritize high-impact work.
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope and deliver publicly consumable components.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.
- Build debugging and error reporting systems that turn crashes into actionable data.
