Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in project management or related roles, ideally within healthcare, nutrition, or consumer goods.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems and familiarity with Power BI is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect insights across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with risk management, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
- Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technical application initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory) to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and governance artifacts.
- Support adherence to project governance frameworks and organizational standards.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues while working with stakeholders to develop mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Analyze project data and performance indicators to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
