Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum five years of construction industry experience with knowledge of techniques, estimating, and management.
- Experience in utility-scale renewables projects (Solar, BESS, wind) preferred; experience in EPC or heavy general contracting considered.
- Additional experience leading multiple large projects required for the Project Executive level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, and Timberline.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, contracts, and governmental regulations.
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time and provide field support as needed.
- Ability to write professional reports and effectively present information to stakeholders and management.
- Mathematical proficiency to calculate figures including proportions, percentages, and volume.
- Commitment to Zero Injury safety principles.
Responsibilities
- Assure project abides by all environmental safety awareness and compliance.
- Manage project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule.
- Provide day-to-day direction and oversight of project resources, including staff, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
- Integrate processes needed to identify, define, and coordinate project activities through a Project Execution Plan.
- Manage contract documents, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure PWA (Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship) compliance and document project progress for all stakeholders.
- For Project Executive level: oversee multiple projects, maintain prime client contracts, and partner with Procurement on awards.
