Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Customer interface experience with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
- Ability to work from home in a dedicated, distraction-free office space with high-speed internet.
- Willingness to complete a drug test and background investigation.
Responsibilities
- Lead design/build projects in support of GE HealthCare Imaging equipment sales and installations.
- Manage entire design/build proposal process including work scopes, design drawings, cost estimates, project schedules, and contract documents.
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of customer radiology/purchasing/facilities, government procurement reps, suppliers, sales, and service.
- Track supplier performance, maintain project schedules, and ensure Quality Management System compliance.
- Develop, track, and control project budgets and supplier purchase orders while ensuring margin expectations.
- Drive customer satisfaction at all phases of proposals and project delivery.
