Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, IT, or business management (MS degree a plus).
- PMP certification.
- 10-15 years of global project management experience leading multi-site, multi-disciplinary transformation projects.
- 10+ years of experience with large-scale IT or Engineering projects in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience leading multiple SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations using SAP Activate.
- SAP experience in a global environment and multi-site project experience.
- Understanding of IT systems, commercial applications, and infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Global travel expectations are 50% or more.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with commercial strategy.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Secure financial approvals for projects.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain regular stakeholder communication through status meetings and project reviews.
- Coordinate resources and third-party services to ensure efficient execution.
- Implement quality assurance processes and manage projects using company-approved methodology.
