Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Energy or Project Management preferred.
- Ability to work with CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize and support multiple brand projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work between multiple systems and stakeholders to drive project progress.
- Ability to prioritize business needs quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Willingness to work off-hours based on project needs.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer communications on Budderfly field projects for assigned customer accounts.
- Communicate project details and schedules to customers to drive positive customer experiences.
- Align with Customer Success Managers on customer meetings and strategic management.
- Interface with customer personnel including executives, directors, and onsite management.
- Drive project milestone updates to customers through completion.
- Establish and maintain relationships between Sales, Customer Success, project managers, and third-party contractors.
- Participate in third-party contractor meetings.
- Compile customer-facing reports on project milestones.
- Maintain expertise on project development processes for lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen ventilation, and renewables.
