Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid TPM/Product Owner on a software product team.
- Strong technical fluency to evaluate scope, risk, and engineering trade-offs.
- Clear, concise communication skills for daily interaction with leadership.
- Inquisitive approach to understanding team capacity and identifying risks.
- Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools in a work context.
- Experience operating in a mature, established team and improving existing processes.
- Experience driving release planning, release notes, and UAT coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English (C1) proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent proven experience).
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, PMP, or SAFe are valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to close by planning timelines, prioritizing work, and managing partner expectations.
- Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to establish requirements and evaluate design alternatives.
- Write, groom, and prioritize user stories with attention to business detail.
- Lead all Scrum team activities and manage project artifacts.
- Drive process efficiency and on-time delivery of roadmap items.
- Guide delivery teams, remove blockers, and communicate risks to leadership.
- Define and drive testing, including coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Own product release planning and release notes.
- Partner with US Product Development Management to convey strategy to development teams.
- Champion AI enablement by integrating tools for automated workflows, code review support, and backlog management.
